1. About Pick & Pack Apparel

Pick & Pack Apparel is a family fashion showroom based in Guna, Madhya Pradesh, offering sarees, girls wear, men's wear, kids wear and lehengas.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colours, sizes, descriptions and prices accurately. Actual colour may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and your device display. Product availability is subject to stock.

3. Prices and Orders

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). An order is subject to product availability and successful order confirmation. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors and to cancel an order affected by such an error, with appropriate communication to the customer.

4. Payments

Online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD) are available for eligible orders. COD customers should keep the exact order amount ready for the delivery partner. Online payment methods shown at checkout may vary based on the payment gateway and eligibility.

5. Shipping

We deliver across India. Standard delivery is ₹99 for orders below ₹1,999. Orders of ₹1,999 and above qualify for free shipping. Our usual delivery timeline is 5–7 working days after dispatch, subject to courier service, holidays, weather and other circumstances outside our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Products must be unused, with tags intact and without perfume/fragrance/smell. For damaged or incorrect orders, an unboxing video is required. Approved returns are issued as Store Credit/Credit Note; cash refunds are not provided.

7. Order Cancellation

If you need to request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at +91 94075 61506 or pickandpackapparel@gmail.com. Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been packed or dispatched.

8. Showroom Pickup

Showroom pickup is available from Pick & Pack Apparel, 269/1 Mahaveerpura Road, in front of Gaushala, A.B. Road, Guna, Madhya Pradesh 473001, subject to order confirmation and availability.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, photographs, graphics, logos and other materials belonging to Pick & Pack Apparel may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.
