Eligible returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Product must be unused.
- All original tags must remain intact.
- Product must be free from perfume, fragrance, or other smell.
- For a damaged or wrong item, an unboxing video is required to verify the issue.
Damaged or Wrong Order
Please keep the parcel, packaging, tags, and product in the condition received and contact us promptly with the required unboxing video.
Refund
Cash refunds are not provided. Once an eligible return is approved, the refund is provided as Store Credit / Credit Note.
